Panelists will discuss the psychology and science of building lasting relationships with your customers, while growing your brand.  Although our economy has made it tough for newer brands to successfully make a name in the industry, customer loyalty can help companies thrive during tough times.

Join JAMA in welcoming the following speakers who will provide insight on how to win our customers over.  Presenters will include Glori Katz, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Advertising for Stein Mart and Ed Higdon, Managing Partner for Lift361. The luncheon keynote address will be delivered by Sallie Burnett, Founder and President of Customer Insight Group, Inc.
